Human Resource (
People) Data Analyst is responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other data systems. This role supports People Operations by ensuring data integrity, generating reports, performing system configurations, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ADP platforms and a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance. The People Data Analyst serves as a key liaison between People and IT and plays a vital role in ensuring the HRIS and other data sources meet business needs.

What you will do - Serve as a super-user and subject matter expert for the HRIS system (ADP) and other data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc People reports for compliance, productivity, business analysis, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate on People process improvements and help automate manual tasks using ADP capabilities.
- Act as the liaison between People, Payroll, IT, and ADP support for issue resolution and system optimization.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy standards and legal requirements.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, regular audits, data cleanup and the rollout of new system modules and features.
- Provide support and training to People team members and other end-users on systems functionality and processes as needed.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as necessary to vendors or internal IT teams.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to optimize People services
What you bring - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with specific experience in ADP Workforce Now (or other ADP platforms).
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, procedures, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization or analytic tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP reporting tools (e.g., ADP Custom Reports DataCloud).
- Excellent communication, data analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- ADP Certification (e.g., ADP Workforce Now Certified Specialist).
- Experience with implementing or upgrading ADP modules.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data integration tools (e.g., APIs, file feeds).
- Experience supporting a multi-state or global employee population.
- Ability to work in the Dallas office.
