What's the OPPORTUNITY? - Human Resource Generalist
Intrepid Credit Union is dedicated to finding unique solutions for our members and serving with empathy. We are recruiting for a Human Resource Generalist to support the human resource needs of the Credit Union and assist with providing guidance for management; policy administration; performance management; rewards/recognition systems; benefits administration; recruitment; ADA, FMLA and disability case management; and all other Human Resource needs across the Credit Union.
This position is full-time on location at our Kessler branch location in Helena, Montana.
In addition to our generous benefit package the pay range for the Human Resource Generalist is $20.85 - $31.27, DOE.

What Can you Bring?
To be successful in this position we have found:
- Having a bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field and at least two (2) years' work experience as a human resource professional with knowledge of human resource laws and regulations are required.
- You need to have natural and excellent written and oral communications with others, maintain a high level of accuracy in work output, be organized and multi-task, focus on the details, adept analytical skills, be a natural problem solver and engage others diplomatically.
- Experience administering enterprise level benefit programs, a PHR or SHRM-CP certification, experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS platforms, experience with HRIS database management and report generation are preferred.
