Summary: Oak Medical is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to focus on recruiting (70%) and supporting HR policies and processes (30%). This role manages monthly new hire orientations, partners with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, and may contribute to broader HR projects, including policy development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews and shadowing, complete reference checks, and support hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, paperwork, cultural introduction, and initial training.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source talent, attend recruiting events, and leverage social media platforms to attract candidates.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and manage required documentation and audits.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training and growth opportunities.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes and assist with HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- 1 year of recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills are required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
