About the Role
As a Color Factory Experience Specialist you'll Facilitate welcoming, inclusive, safe, and joyful experiences for Color Factory guests. You'll also:
• Engage with guests
Maintain clean and orderly spaces
Support the purchase experience in the Color Shop
Mentor and learn from Color Factory teammates
About You
You possess a friendly and accessible disposition, and create comfortable conditions to communicate, meet with, and share candid information.

Experience applicable to a fast-paced customer service environment

Open availability (including weekends & holidays)
Must be able to lift/carry 30+ lbs if physically capable
