PositionSummary: We are looking foran experienced, motivated individual with excellent experience and a provenrecord as an HSE professional. This person will play a pivotal role responsiblefor the management of our HSE program. This position will report to Crowheart' s Director of Regulatory/HSE and is based in Denver, Colorado. The HSE Manager is expected to have a working knowledge across all facets of Health, Safety & Environmental issues and provide support to the Corporate and Field Leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and improve HSE performance in alignment with organizational core values, Safety & Environmental Stewardship, Accountability, Profitability, Integrity, Courage, Community.

Responsibilities:• Assists with the development and implementationof all HSE programs.
• Supervision of Field HSE personnel: Provideguidance, support, and mentorship to the Field Safety Coordinator in executingtheir day-to-day responsibilities.
• Promotes and ensures Life Saving Rules andProcess Safety Fundamentals are being discussed, followed, and understood.
• Knowledgeable in current and emerging regulatoryrequirements. Ensure compliance with allair permits. Communicate existing and emerging rule impacts to management. Promotesand ensures compliance with environmental permit requirements.
• Identifies and anticipates safety and healthconcerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupationalconditions; rendering opinions on new equipment and procedures; investigatingviolations; and recommending preventive programs.
• Leads investigations / Learning teams for HSErelated incidents.
• Conducts follow-up assessments on Near Misses /Hazard ID's/Spill reporting systems.
• Ensures a high degree of visibility during dailyactivities, providing front line safety coaching and assistance.
• Serves as a member of the company's emergencyresponse team and oversee the air, spill, incident management programs.
• Provide technical safety and environmental expertisefor all operational departments (Drilling, Completions, Facilities, Production,Workover, and Pipeline)
• Active participant in industry working groupsregarding Safety and environmental matters.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, federal, state, andlocal safety, and environmental regulations by enforcing adherence toregulations and advising management on needed actions.
• Assists in performing internal environmental auditsand inspections for the company.
Requirements:• Relevant certifications such as Certified SafetyProfessional (CSP) or Certified Safety Director (CSD) are advantageous
• Proven experience (typically 5 years) in safetyand environmental management within the oil and gas industry
- Environmental experience (typically 5 years) in oil and gas industry preferred
- Advanced knowledge of applicable federal and state air and water quality regulations is required.
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills to effectively manage the Safety team and interact withemployees at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to various companylocations as needed (Wamsutter, WY)
• Denver, CO: Reliably commute or planning torelocate before starting work (Required)
• Proficiency in incident investigation, rootcause analysis, and corrective action implementation
