Job Summary:

Airswift is seeking a qualified IT Analyst - HSE Systems Support to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a technical liaison between Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and IT departments, providing expert support in the development and implementation of data analytics, reporting tools, and information systems that align with HSE goals. This role plays a key part in enhancing data visibility, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Project Collaboration
  • Collaborate with HSE and IT teams to identify and prioritize technical projects that support HSE goals
  • Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects, ensuring timely completion and fulfillment of user requirements
IT System Development & Compliance
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of IT systems, including data analytics and reporting tools
  • Ensure IT solutions comply with HSE regulations and standards, supporting risk management initiatives
  • Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify and implement improvements
Documentation & Training
  • Develop and maintain system documentation including user guides, technical specifications, and SOPs
  • Provide training and support to HSE team members on IT tools and systems
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Support the development and implementation of HSE data analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Stay current with industry trends to improve technical capabilities and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems support, data analytics, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of HSE principles and risk management strategies
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with information management systems and compliance reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices in IT and HSE integration
