The HRIS System Administrator plays a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's HRIS system (ADP). This role oversees data integrity, efficient workflows, and system enhancements to support the company's HR strategies, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The HRIS System Administrator streamlines HR processes, generates reports and provides technical support to end-users. The HRIS System Administrator partners closely with the HR Team, Field Operations, IT, Accounting and other departments to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration/Maintenance:- Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, Enhanced Time, and other ADP platforms. Also, manages system configuration, updates, and maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate to manage system integrations, updates, and testing.
- Assist in providing requested information for internal and external audits.
- Provide end-user support and training to department managers, employees and other stakeholders.
Data Management and Reporting:- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities and recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design metrics for real time monitoring of HR KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and rules.
- Partner with HR, Operations, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless system functionality and data flow.
Process Improvement:- Evaluate current HR system processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Configure workflows and system functionality to streamline functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, compensation changes and payroll.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities to meet the company's strategic goals.
- Guidance to management and employees on system opportunities and best practices.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, MIS or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least two years focused on ADP products.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and talent management.
Key Competencies:- Technical Expertise with ADP Workforce Now, Enhanced time, ADP Leaning Management, ADP Recruiting Management, Timebank, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), PowerBI and other data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HR department meets and exceeds organizational goals.
- Work effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- Comfortable leading system changes and supporting user adoption.
- Detail oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality for data security and privacy.
