Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HRIS Manager - Workday Talent & Performance to lead the administration, support, and coordination of People Excellence (PX) systems. This role will be instrumental in implementing new system functionalities, driving enhancements, and managing ongoing operational tasks. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in process analysis and HR system optimization, with a focus on Workday Talent and Performance Management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage PX Systems team members, providing mentorship and performance development to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to lead and configure Workday Talent and Performance Management from implementation through ongoing optimization.
  • Support Compensation Review cycles and enhancements in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
  • Serve as a liaison between PX, IT, and other stakeholders to drive system improvements, implementations, testing, and training.
  • Collaborate with PX centers of excellence, Finance, IT, and other business units to translate requirements into scalable HR tech solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and provide innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and administering HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, MAPS, OneView), with at least 3 years in HRIS management.
  • Proven success leading HRIS projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent Management, especially Performance Reviews.
  • Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation is highly desirable.
  • Background in HRIS within a publicly traded or large-scale organization preferred; cruise industry experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation.
