Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee HR systems operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and effective processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR systems management, leadership, and driving technology solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain HR systems (Workday and UKG) to meet organizational needs.
- Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training on HR systems for end-users.
- Analyze HR data and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies related to HR data.
Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 4 years in a management role.
- Hands-on experience with both Workday and UKG systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
