HRIS Analyst (Admin)

About the Role We are seeking an
HRIS Analyst to support HR systems and processes within a dynamic and growing organization. This role will focus on
HRIS administration, system support, and process improvements, working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, responding to user inquiries and resolving system issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Generate and analyze reports and data insights to support HR and payroll operations.
- Document processes, develop user guides, and provide training on HRIS functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology support.
- Hands-on experience with HR/payroll systems (DayForce or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and system workflows.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
