Job Purpose:
The HRIS Coordinator will provide support in various human resource systems under the direction of the Director of Payroll & HR Systems. In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting in providing general HRIS support to the divisions and the Corporate HR department, as directed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the integrity of employee/organizational data within the HRIS and online training systems by providing accurate and timely data entry, data verification and testing, following standard practices and policies
- Create and run reports based on workforce analytics, ensuring the HRIS system reports are properly displaying data
- Assist employees with HRIS questions seeking resolution quickly and partner with internal customers to develop new processes within the HRIS to better suit the company's changing needs
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop content for the online training system
- Create or update appropriate user documentation and procedures after implementation; assist with training users on updated system functionality
- Monitor HRIS for system performance and identify processes that may need improvement to improve system efficiency
- Communicate with and work closely with all levels of management and other corporate departments on HRIS inquiries
- Provides administrative support including, but not limited to, HRIS systems, data entry
- Special projects and other duties, as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platform's (Ceridian Dayforce exp. preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
- Must be able to multi-task
- Strong work ethic with ability to handle interactions with all levels of management, employees and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Capable of working with minimal supervision and perform effectively under tight time deadlines
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or a combination of college and equivalent related HR experience sufficient to perform the expectations of this position
- 1-2 years of experience with proven HR skills and abilities
- Current or very recent experience with Ceridian/ADP or other HRIS
