Adam Search Group is seeking a
Workday Business Analyst for our client in the
South Hills of Pittsburgh to own and optimize their Workday platform across their business footprint. This is a
hybrid position where you will work
3 days onsite, 2 days at home. You'll drive process improvements, manage integrations, and collaborate globally, ensuring our HR systems not only support but enhance how we work.

What You'll Do - Lead all Workday initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate with global HRIS teams to implement system-wide changes.
- Manage Workday integrations and act as the bridge between HR and IT.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Conduct audits to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
- Deliver user training and communicate system updates clearly and proactively.
- Apply Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies to every initiative.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years in HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Workday certification is a plus.
- Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solver with a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working across global and distributed teams.
