Role Summary:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Workday HCM Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Workday environment. This role will drive system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and the rollout of new Workday functionality. You'll collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to translate operational needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience and ongoing process improvement.


  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM along with one or more modules such as Benefits, Recruiting, Timekeeping, or Payroll.

    • Oversee and resolve Workday support tickets, ensuring issues are prioritized and resolved efficiently.

    • Lead or actively participate in new module rollouts, including Learning and Advanced Compensation.

    • Gather and analyze requirements from business units and leadership, translating them into technical designs and actionable Workday configurations.

    • Build and maintain custom reports; analyze data to support HR and business operations.

    • Investigate root causes of system issues and coordinate resolution or escalation when needed.

    • Define and test integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.

    • Develop, configure, and maintain Workday security roles and business processes to align with evolving requirements.

    • Uphold data integrity across all data flows, transformations, and transmissions.

    • Participate in prototyping, user demos, and solution validation for upcoming Workday features.

    • Support the biannual Workday upgrade cycle, including testing and documentation.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for Workday Support, managing communications and issue escalations.

    • Engage with Workday community user groups to stay informed on new features and best practices.
