HRIS Analyst

Tenet is seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong functional application experience with Learning and Performance Management Systems. The Analyst will be the primary subject matter expert for Tenet's corporate and field operations Learning and Talent Management application. This person will work with the HRIS Manager to modernize and standardize the LMS application-support module. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong customer service orientation, is creative, an independent thinker as well as a methodical, strategic problem solver who is collaborative and understands the value of being part of a team.
