Salary Range: $50,000 to $62,500 based on experience

Position Summary

This position is responsible for all facets of our HRIS system including Recruiting, Compensation, Position Management, Benefits, and Talent Management. This includes maintaining the integrity of the data in the HR Database.

Essential Functions
  • Administer and manage regular and ad hoc reporting that supports HR and management. All reporting supports making sure data is accurate in the system and data integrity is maintained.
  • Perform various audits that check accuracy and data integrity.
  • Tests, evaluate, and promote changes in the HRIS system that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Interface and collaborate with the HCM Administrator on system updates, challenges, reporting and serve as a liaison with the vendor on HRIS matters.
  • Create Paycom job aids to assist managers in performing various tasks in the HRIS system.
  • Support position management by creating seats for promotions or other position changes.
  • Assist with creating and assigning policies and documents.
  • Manage approvals on our Paycom dashboard that include transfers and lateral changes.
  • Provide mergers & acquisition support for needed system set.
  • Assist with reorganization changes in the system.
  • Help manage Paycom HR inbox questions and supply answers or distribute to the proper department for help.
  • Provide HR project support as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
  • 1 year of HRIS system experience; Paycom experience preferred.
  • Strong technical & critical thinking skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
