The Workday Solutions Specialist supports the HRIS team by providing technical expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and global implementation solutions, ensuring the efficient operation of HR systems across multiple regions. This role involves configuration, system upgrades, collaboration with global stakeholders, proactive improvements, requiring advanced Workday certifications, a strong background in compensation management and data modeling.

Description


  • Provide daily operational assistance for Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Total Awards solutions, and other related applications in use to support Workday Road map.
  • Experienced in hands-on configuration support for Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation and Merit Cycles.
  • Oversee employee data audits related to compensation and payroll.
  • Provide support for Workday HCM and Recruiting services in Europe (priority), as well as the US, Asia, and Latin America.
  • Perform testing, assist with user acceptance testing, and evaluate Workday upgrades or interactions as needed.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance user experience and optimize system processes.
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation for the systems and applications in support.
  • Understand and assist the Corporate Center of Excellence departments, including HR, Health & Life, Retirement, and Payroll.
  • Address daily case management inquiries and project requests.

Profile


  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources (Compensation), or General Engineering
  • Compensation Certification is preferred
  • Excellent skills in analysis, written communication, and verbal communication
  • Workday Certified with expertise in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll
  • Proficient in (German, Spanish, French)
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with HR leaders
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday core configuration, focusing on HCM, Business Processes, and Advanced Compensation
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, Global Compensation Management, Payroll, and Recruiting, with a preference for expertise in HCM, Advanced Compensation, and external data management
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, along with knowledge in Data Modeling and/or Power BI
  • Open to working on-site 5 days a week
