JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and maintain efficient, effective and user-friendly HR systems processes
• Manage HR technology related projects and process improvements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external users of the Human Capital
Management System (HCMS) to support short-term, long-term and strategic goals
• Monitor HCMS performance and functionality, including assisting in the review, testing and
implementation of system upgrades
• Research and recommend service enhancements, innovative solutions, and procedural changes
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and vendor relations to maintain HCMS optimization and
troubleshoot system issues
• Conduct HCM system training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and other relevant
documentation
• Stay abreast of HR technology trends and best practices with a focus on product and service
development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies
• Use the appropriate tools to develop and distribute various reports (weekly/monthly/annual) to
address current and emerging business needs
• Prepare workforce planning and analytics reporting to facilitate data driven business decisions
• Assist with maintaining data integrity by running queries and analyzing data
• Responsible for the HR department's electronic collaboration and communication systems (i.e. SharePoint, Company Intranet, etc.)
• Manage and monitor the HR risk assessment process
• Develop and refine HR internal controls to identify and mitigate risk
• Oversee and executes testing on the department's internal controls to ensure the design,
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3 years of experience working with HCMS platforms
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite to include advance Excel skills
• Proficiency with Power BI preferred
• Ability to apply technical knowledge and expertise to HR policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HCMS business process configurations
• Ability to build and modify custom HCM reports and calculated fields
• Knowledge of creating, loading, and troubleshooting EDI file feeds
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
