Job Description

Day-to-Day:

A capital equipment client in Fremont, CA is looking for a HR Representative 2 to join their team. This individual will be in a contract position and assist with HR Generalist activities. Responsibilities can include training, onboarding/offboarding, supporting overall HR programs, performance management, data analyzation, and more. It is a highly collaborative role, so it is crucial to have strong communication skills.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $29/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree with no experience; or equivalent work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel

Foundational level knowledge of HR functions and responsibilities (i.e. onboarding, training, offboarding, supporting HR programs, engagement, role definition, performance management, etc.)

Proficient with analytics and data interpretation Plusses:

Good time management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
