Our client is looking for an HR Specialist to join their team in Tualatin, OR. This is a great opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:
- Support HR processes, including employee onboarding and records management
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Help coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR projects
- Handle some recruiting tasks, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Provide general HR support to employees and leadership
What You Bring:
- Experience in HR administration or generalist support
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and candidate coordination
- Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion
Pay: $24 - $26 per hour DOE
