Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Job Description: - Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Manage benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle Paid Leave Oregon and other leave programs.
- Support daily HR operations to help maintain a smooth and efficient workplace.
Requirements: - 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
- Full HRIS systems experience (UKG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and leave policies.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
