Our client is looking for an HR Generalist with at least 3 years of solid, progressive experience in Payroll, Leave Administration, Safety/Workers Compensation, and Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee compensation
- Administer leave programs and maintain compliance with applicable laws
- Manage workers' compensation claims and workplace safety initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to staff
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as payroll, leave administration, safety, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour DOE
