Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Manage Applicant Tracking System for engaging job postings.

  • Conduct interviews and onboarding and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Coaching and Corrective Action:

  • Monitor documentation system for timely action.

  • Develop coaching plans and promote open communication.

  • Provide guidance and support in critical conversations.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Implement initiatives for a positive work culture.

  • Maximize survey results and drive diversity and inclusion.

  • Foster open communication, addressing concerns and improving engagement.

Core:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, aligning HR with business goals.

Succession Planning:

  • Identify high-potential employees.

  • Implement succession planning for key talent gaps.

  • Ensure a smooth transition in HR leadership.

Self-Development and Continuous Improvement:

  • Pursue personal and professional growth.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices.

  • Enhance leadership effectiveness through self-reflection.

General Administration:

  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with laws.
