We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Solution Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives across HR and Shared Services. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen organizational competitiveness. Success in this position requires a blend of technical proficiency, business process insight, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee innovative tech solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Translate business requirements into functional and technical plans.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing integrations and introduce new ones, ensuring a streamlined and efficient application ecosystem.
  • Evaluate current digital tools and systems to recommend improvements, enhancements, and rationalization strategies. Lead execution plans, including resource management, timelines, user acceptance testing, and value tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and ensure shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Use established processes to assess, prioritize, and secure approval for business technology needs and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify technology risks and ensure compliance with IT general controls, cybersecurity requirements, and other security standards.
  • Oversee application budgets, understand contractual obligations, and cultivate strong relationships with external technology providers.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, promoting a culture of innovation and ongoing optimization across systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in designing and optimizing HR and Shared Services systems and interfaces.
  • Expertise in platforms such as ADP (preferably GlobalView), UKG Kronos Dimensions, Workday, ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery), and Saviynt or other identity and access management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/virtual agent technologies, Esker, and Concur is a plus.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and drive effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
