Job Description
Job Responsibilities & Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Support the HR unit in delivering HR initiatives.
- Create IRCs on PULSE system and handle requests for direct hire and daily hire employees, including issuing employee numbers, adjustments, terminations, transfers, etc.
- Conduct employee induction programs, assign new employee PULSE accounts, ensure new employees receive necessary items, and follow up on probation evaluations with department managers.
- Coordinate with the IT department to issue ID cards for new employees and register them in the attendance system.
- Coordinate with Napco Learning Institute to review training and related evaluations.
- Process employee leaves.
- Prepare promotion prerequisites.
- Provide admissions information to prospective and newly admitted employees, and offer advice on admissions and record issues.
- Support the HROD department in drafting letters, including warnings, announcements, and termination notices.
- Ensure errors in the PULSE system are resolved by creating tickets and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Facilitate services of the integration team, including issuing and delivering letters and IQAMA renewal.
- Support the employee relations unit in resolving employee issues.
- Implement and follow up on motivational and well-being programs.
- Conduct probation evaluations for new employees at the 6th and 11th weeks post-recruitment.
- Create and update employee profiles in the HR system upon employment or status changes.
- Deactivate profiles of resigning employees upon termination.
- Coordinate on-the-job training for transfers and newcomers.
- Handle resignation and termination requests, including EOS calculation, exit interviews, and discussions on termination and retention.
