About the Role - We are seeking a Coordinator, HR Projects, to support the deployment of our HR systems: ATS and HRIS as well as assist the HR Team with a variety of projects in service of HR effectiveness across our global organization. Please note, this is a full-time temporary position.


Responsibilities

  • Collect and audit our current employee data
  • Identify gaps, ensuring data integrity before uploading to our systems;
  • Set up security roles, business processes, and permissions to ensure compliance with SOX and data security standards;
  • Migrate employee data from internal database files and tables to the ATS and HRIS systems;
  • Set up custom reports/dashboards to meet the requirements of HR management and staff;
  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the systems, in alignment with business needs;
  • In partnership with our data integration facilitator, assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of our ATS and HRIS systems connected to other internal platforms (IT and Finance/Accounting);
  • Participate in special projects, ad hoc reporting, data gathering and analysis as needed to support the HR team or other departments;
  • Assist with training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR and business users on HRIS functionality and reporting capabilities;
  • Assist with the creation of templates, resources, and centralized resources available to HR and employees across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of HRIS/HR system support experience required;
  • Previous experience with HR generalist disciplines: Recruiting, Benefits, L&OD, Talent, Compensation and People Analytics required;
  • Bamboo and Greenhouse experience preferred, or similar: Workday, etc.;
  • Experience in HRIS configuration, reporting, and business process design;
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on reporting, experience with MS Office and Internet, with a high proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of data integration methods, including APIs and EIBs a plus;
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrate the highest level of personal ethics and professional integrity;
  • Strong attention to detail as well as critical thinking skills;
  • Organized and strong communicator (written and verbal);
  • Must show accountability, be a team player and operate with a sense of urgency;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience;
  • HR Certificate preferred;
  • Entertainment or media industry experience preferred.


Pay range and compensation package - $80-100K/year
