Role: HR Project Manager
Location: Lone Tree, Colorado (3 days per week - Hybrid)
Duration: 18 Months
Responsible for leading Corporate Function (Human Resources) initiatives. They will lead a variety of different types of projects including large-scale application development, systems integration, process re-engineering and operational efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project
• Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters
• Works with resource managers to ensure that resource capacity planning is accurately forecast, and provides ongoing reconciliation of actual time spent against forecasts
• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
• Handles risks and issues management for the project-level risks and interdependencies
• Partners with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices as needed
• Manages team relationships to ensure effective delivery
• Facilitates problem-solving and resolves stakeholder conflict
