The Global HR Operations Manager will lead the provision of a high quality and responsive HR Service globally, co-ordinating the workflow and ensuring that the operations team is actively engaged in the continuous improvement of all HR Operations. You will align HR services with our overall business goals, driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, support employee engagement strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. By ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and collaborating with stakeholders, you will enhance global HR service delivery.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Team Management

•Lead team to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate global HR operations service to the business.

•Act as a role model for HR Co-ordinators, coaching and developing team members to ensure an excellent level of performance and that they reach their potential.

•Supervise the delivery of HR Operations, managing the workflow to ensure, accurate, high quality and timely provision of services to all customers.

Oversee HR Operations Administration

•Supervision of the HR Operations team in all aspects of HR transactions, advice and guidance including acting as first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding policies and procedures.

•Monitor HR ticket system to ensure that all queries receive a response within expected timescales and complex issues are escalated to senior members of the HR team as appropriate.

•Ensure employee records are maintained accurately in line with applicable data protection regulations.

•Ensure that all enquiries, are dealt with in a confidential, professional and timely manner by the team.

•Ensure the confidentiality of records and the security of resources and equipment in the HR department.

•Review relevant HR documentation to ensure accessibility in line with current legislation, regulations and practice.

Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement:

•Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HR Operations function and develop a high-performing team.

•Lead process standardisation and optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

•Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and develop HR system self service capabilities.

•Identify bottlenecks within operational infrastructure.

Service Delivery:

•Facilitate the development of standard operating procedures and service standards, ensuring that these are monitored to ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of

HR services.

•Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and customer satisfaction.

Technology Integration:

•Leverage technology and automation to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

•Bring up to date knowledge of HR industry trends to continuously improve shared services operations.

Risk Management:

•Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR operations.

•Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

•Act as the primary GDPR lead within the team, overseeing all aspects of data protection and privacy.

•Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

HR Data:

•Responsible for the accuracy of HR records in the HRIS ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements
