We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Manager to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of the HR operations function, with a strong focus on employee engagement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
  2. Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and providing support.
  3. Payroll Management: Take ownership of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and other payments.
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, manage the onboarding process, and ensure new hires have a seamless transition.
  5. Benefits Management: Liaise with pension, life assurance, and healthcare providers to manage benefits and ensure accurate delivery.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse HR metrics, generating reports to inform decision-making in the business.
  8. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
  9. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration, organising events and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
Requirements Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in HR operations, preferably within an MSP or technology company.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in HR information systems, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Attributes: Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently. High level of integrity and discretion.
