HR Operations & Admin PositionJob Summary: The HR Operations & Admin position is responsible for supporting daily human resources and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations and general office administration while maintaining compliance and supporting organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the Regional Accounting Admin Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager and Senior Vice President:
HR Responsibilities: - Time and Attendance
- Management of mjobtime
- Spectrum Payroll Entries
- Employee Records Management
- Temporary Staffing Management
- Orientation (Handbook, Benefit Information)
- IT Coordination
- Entering PTO/Holidays/Absences/Leave
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Administrative Operations Responsibilities: - Fleet Management
- Vehicle Compliance / Registration
- Vehicle Fuel cards implementation and management
- Office and Support
- Answering Phones / Doors
- Coordinating vendor, employee and customer meetings
- Any other necessary support to the Operations team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities: - Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills in both languages, with the ability to translate and interpret as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

- Demonstrates initiative and ownership when presented with challenges
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
