DescriptionAs a member of the Operations Talent and Culture team (Operations T&C), you will contribute directly to the talent engagement and development programs for the global Operations community, comprised of more than 9500 colleagues worldwide. In this critical role, you will serve as a key member of the Operations T&C senior team and be responsible for implementing sustainable processes that drive efficiency, accountability, and impact across Operations T&C programs. In totality, the team owns and manages more than 12 global programs impacting Operations staff and leaders worldwide. You will gain visibility and understanding across programs to serves as a partner and advisor to the senior team.
Primary responsibilities include providing oversight of the team's SharePoint and Teams landscape both internally facing and externally facing to the Client community, ensuring an integrated, up-to-date platform for both the team and Operations staff to learn about our Connected Culture. You will also partner closely with the senior team to implement a holistic metrics strategy as well as oversee the team's operating review and serve as point of contact to ensure appropriate access across the Operations Talent and Culture team to insights tools. This role will also support project management end-to-end of the $25M+ budget in partnership with budget owners and Operations finance, including PO management and reporting for senior leadership. Last, you will own the governance and be a thought partner in sustaining the Operations T&C calendar platform, partnering to facilitate team meetings and on-site engagements, and shepherding new technology implementations and enhancements, as appropriate.

In this role, you will:- Oversee Operations Talent and Culture operational excellence and sustainability including Teams & SharePoint (team facing & company facing - Connected Culture landscape
o Drive operational excellence for the team through helping to streamline processes, simplify resources, and communicate with critical partners and leaders to educate on roles and responsibilities, strengths, and opportunities.
o Own and update the Operations Talent and Culture SharePoint sites (external facing to the Client organization) to drive clarity, consistency, and engagement.
- Project manage master budget planning, POs, and tracking, support prep for exec level reviews
o Partner closely with Operations T&C leadership and Operations finance to ensure timely and accurate visibility to budget and drive mindful spend of the allocated budget toward the most impactful utilization across T&C programs
o Own and enhance team-wide tracker and ensure team is educated on its appropriate use.
o Support development of read-outs and key summaries / budget updates to be shared with senior leadership.
o Provide direct support and guidance on process and best practice to program managers as necessary with regards to opening Purchase Orders (POs) and processing invoices.
- Maintain responsibility for holistic metrics strategy & team data access strategy / implementation (Visier, Workday, Glint, sensing)
o Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and measurement of success criteria and goals respectively for sustaining progress made to date.
o Mature scorecards and reporting tools for measuring progress and instilling accountability with leaders, partners, and collaborators.
o Serve as central point of contact to ensure team has access to critical insight tools (Visier, Glint, Workday, dashboards) to empower program owners to drive impact. Liaise closely with Legal partners to ensure shared understanding and alignment to data management and sharing guidelines.
- Lead the Operations Talent and Culture operating review
o Build and sustain platforms to integrate key data points from different sources to better inform the value of Operations Talent and Culture programs and efforts.
o Lead the process to facilitate quarterly or bi-annual team review of current state and future opportunities for programs owned.
- Own Operations Talent and Culture Calendar platform and governance
o Manage team-wide calendar to ensure accuracy and appropriate use by program owners across the team and drive alignment across the team and with stakeholders.
o Recommend enhancements and opportunities for driving stakeholder awareness and engagement. Hold team accountable for updating and utilizing the platform as designed.
- Manage agendas and planning for team meetings & on-sites
o Ensure team meetings are engaging and provide value add for team members.
o Implement a process for organizing and sharing agenda items with broader team to drive efficiency and continuity.
o Outline and implement sustainable approaches for team celebration, recognition, and engagement in partnership with other members of the Operations Talent and Culture senior team.
- Lead core technology enhancements or implementations, as needed
o Lead core technology enhancements or implementations aligned with Operations Talent and Culture efforts, as needed.
o Serve as a liaison to DTI partners to ensure the team's awareness of critical milestones and/or changes in the technology landscape.
- Support Operations T&C councils
o Facilitate cross-council engagement, alignment, and best practice sharing for the three councils managed by the broader team.
o Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and measurement of success criteria to evaluate council impact.
- Support critical Ops T&C events / programs when needed
o Serve as a resource to provide support and continuity for T&C events and/or programs throughout the year as need arise.
o Provide project management support to the head of the Ops T&C team on emerging business needs.
Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in human resources, learning, and/or talent management
- Experience working across functions and geographies and in a matrixed organization
- Experience designing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites
- Mastery of data and information management tools such as Excel and SmartSheet
- Experience with metrics and data visualization
- Ability to develop practical but innovative solutions to business problems without precedent
- Ability to see relationships among different projects and initiatives, and a drive to want to facilitate connections among them to ensure a more impactful outcome
- Strong verbal and written communication combined with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead a room through meaningful discussion
- Demonstrated ability to understand the clients' needs and translate them into actions

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range : $65- $70/Hr
