Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What the HR Manager will do
- In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), and FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act).
- The HR Manager will oversee 1 person
- Oversee the HR Generalist with various areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, etc.
- Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints; assist managers with disciplinary and conflict issues.
What the company needs in a HR Manager:
- Bachelors degree in HR or similar
- Banking industry experience (+)
- Law firm/real estate experience (+)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
