HR Manager
We currently have a rare opportunity to join one of our clients in a pivotal position in the business, as an HR Manager.
The client the HR Manager will be working for are a high quality and expanding manufacturing business with strong core values based around their people. As HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of the facility and operations, with an empathetic approach to this people centric employer.
HR Manager responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring process including recruitment strategies and onboarding.
- Be a key point of contact for all employees regarding concerns, conflicts, engagement, and welfare.
- Champion the performance review process including goals, feedback, and evaluations.
- Organize and run training and developments initiatives.
- Make sure the company fall in line with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Supervize the compensation, benefits, payroll and administration areas.
- Source and recommend benefits packages to stay competitive on employee offering.
- Work with the GM to ensure HR and business strategies align.
- Administrative duties required but the European office.
HR Manager experience:
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years experience in HR, with additional 2 at a management level.
- Confident in US employment laws and regulations, including multi-state.
- Demonstrable experience recruitment, relations, and performance management.
- Strong communicator at all levels of business.
- High levels of empathy and understanding.
- PHR or SHRM certification is desirable but not essential.
HR Manager working hours:
- Hours are typically in the range of 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
