Seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to lead all people operations for the NYC office in a standalone capacity. This is a true end-to-end generalist role supporting a fast-paced, high-performing commercial environment. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike, while also being hands-on across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Description

  • Partner closely with managers on employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance

  • Lead onboarding/offboarding processes, including employment documentation, first-day logistics, and exit interviews

  • Own NY policy updates and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states

  • Manage benefits queries and liaise with the global HR team as needed

  • Maintain employee data and HR documentation (some use of ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.)

  • Build strong relationships and confidently challenge or coach managers when needed

Profile

  • A hands-on HR generalist or business partner with 3-5+ years of experience

  • Experienced in multi-state HR and comfortable being a standalone lead in NYC

  • Social, confident, and able to earn trust and influence across teams

  • Comfortable managing all levels of HR work-strategic advising and tactical execution

  • HR certification or degree a plus
