Job Description
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment, hiring, and on boarding efforts to attract and retain high-performing talent. Develop and implement programs focused on employee skill development and career advancement.
- Performance Management: Create and implement performance management systems that promote accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering open communication.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace that values and respects diverse perspectives.
- HR Metrics & Analytics: Leverage HR data and analytics to evaluate workforce trends, guide strategic decision-making, and enhance HR practices.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a safe, equitable, and compliant workplace.
