About the Role and Our Client We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting plant leadership, and fostering a positive work environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager: -
Oversee recruitment and staffing for the manufacturing plant, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.

Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive, compliant work environment.

Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Support management in performance management, including employee evaluations and development plans.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, labor, and environmental regulations.

Maintain employee records and manage HR software systems.

Advise and collaborate with management on employee issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications of the HR Manager: -
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Certifications: SHRM certification a plus.

HRIS Experience: Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Paycom, or Paychex.
