HR Manager - Onsite
Location: Knox, Indiana
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Knox, Indiana. This is a fully onsite role, responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including payroll, union relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between employees, staff, and union representatives.

• Oversee and process hourly and salaried payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a key liaison in union relations, assisting with contract negotiations, grievances, and employee relations.
• Partner with benefit brokers to manage employee benefits, including enrollment and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a productive work environment.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Work closely with management to develop staffing strategies and improve workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR compliance regulations.
• Experience working with unions and handling labor relations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge gaps between employees, staff, and union representatives.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a plus.
