DirectSourceRx is building a nationwide, technology-driven pharmacy operation from the ground up. As our
HR Manager , you will design and execute the full people strategy-recruiting mission-critical talent, embedding FDA/GxP-ready policies, and shaping a high-performance culture that scales with us. This hands-on leadership post blends strategic planning with day-to-day HR ownership in a fast-moving start-up environment.
Your Role at a Glance

HR Manager , you will be the
architect of our people strategy-responsible for designing and implementing HR solutions that fuel productivity, engagement, and compliance across our growing pharmacy operation. This is a
hands-on leadership role, offering a
dynamic blend of strategic planning and day-to-day HR management.
Key Focus Areas
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
HR Policy & Compliance

Build and maintain
user-friendly HR policies that align with federal, state, and local regulations (EEOC, FLSA, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).

Proactively
adapt and refine policies to keep pace with a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Compensation & Benefits

Develop
data-driven pay structures to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

attract and retain top-tier talent.
Performance Management & Development
Culture & Engagement

Champion
team-building initiatives , recognition platforms, and events to unify and motivate the workforce.

HR Analytics & Technology

Leverage
HRIS and analytics to track key metrics (turnover, engagement, time-to-fill), translating data into actionable insights.

Spearhead HR technology improvements to
streamline processes and enhance employee experiences
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business, or related field (Master's/PHR/SHRM-CP preferred).
- 5 + years
progressive HR experience, including
2 + years leading teams; healthcare or pharmacy start-up background strongly favored.

Demonstrated success building HR infrastructure in high-growth or green-field settings.

Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law; working familiarity with HIPAA or GxP a plus.

Metrics-driven mind-set, superb written/verbal communication, and bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred.
