Description


  • Lead HR operations across U.S. locations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Oversee change management initiatives related to acquisitions and business growth.

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.

  • Ensure strong adherence to labor laws and compliance standards.

  • Act as a key advisor on HR policies, best practices, and risk mitigation.

  • Support talent development and workforce planning as the company expands.

  • Provide guidance on complex HR issues, working closely with global HR teams.


Profile


  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

  • Strong background in compliance, employee relations, and change management

  • Experience handling legal matters and mitigating risk

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
