We are working with a small but rapidly growing food processing company committed to providing high-quality products and fostering a supportive, team-oriented work environment. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to help manage their human resources needs and support their staff as they continue to grow.

Job Summary: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the company. Your role will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. You'll work closely with management to help create a positive work culture and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in their manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that we attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  • Manage employee relations by providing support for conflict resolution and ensuring workplace policies are followed.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance review programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and payroll data.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or food processing setting.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
