Our client is a highly successful, global, professional services firm who are looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join their US HR Business Partnering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility of HR for the office location - fee earning and business support staff groups.
- Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Office Managing Partner and practice administration.
- Deliver HR initiatives in line with broader business objectives.
- Pivot and deliver a complete generalist remit of support for employee lifecycle.
- Work with the group CoE's to support firmwide initiatives - Recruitment, L&D, Compensation and Benefits.
Experience:
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Senior stakeholder management and support.
- Experience of best practice HR.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent preferred.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
