Our client is a highly successful, global, professional services firm who are looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join their US HR Business Partnering team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of HR for the office location - fee earning and business support staff groups.
  • Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Office Managing Partner and practice administration.
  • Deliver HR initiatives in line with broader business objectives.
  • Pivot and deliver a complete generalist remit of support for employee lifecycle.
  • Work with the group CoE's to support firmwide initiatives - Recruitment, L&D, Compensation and Benefits.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
  • Senior stakeholder management and support.
  • Experience of best practice HR.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
