Description


  • Serve as the on-site HR leader, advising plant management and supporting a 24/7 manufacturing workforce
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance management, and investigations
  • Oversee key HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, engagement, policy administration, and compliance
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operational goals
  • Supervise an HR Coordinator and provide guidance on day-to-day HR processes and systems
  • Partner cross-functionally on initiatives related to safety, culture, employee experience, and retention
  • Drive HR process improvements and support ongoing site expansion and workforce planning

Profile


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant-based setting
  • Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and HR compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus
  • Experience with Oracle or other HRIS systems is helpful but not required
  • Manufacturing experience is required
