Have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. As an HR Generalist, you will support initiatives that align with our company's mission and values, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also work closely with leadership to develop and execute employee recognition programs, support training and development efforts, and facilitate clear, engaging internal communications across the organization. Performance Management: Assist in the employee review process, guide managers on best practices, and support performance improvement initiatives. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and promote career growth opportunities within the company. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, assist in developing HR policies, and maintain accurate, confidential employee records. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, answer employee inquiries, and coordinate with vendors to manage offerings effectively.
