Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:


    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
    • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:


    • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Create and execute retention strategies that foster employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:


    • Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, aligned with company values and cultural expectations.
  • Compliance and Policies:


    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry regulations specific to food manufacturing.
    • Regularly update and enforce company policies and procedures.

    • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

    • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational functions.
    • Monitor HR metrics and generate data-driven insights for decision-making.

    • Collaborate with plant management to ensure workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
    • Drive initiatives that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.



    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
    • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.

    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing operational tools and metrics is a plus.
    • Bachelors degree(preferred)
