Role Purpose Statement We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various areas of HR including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll work closely with professionals who are passionate about supporting people and building a strong workplace culture.
Main Accountabilities -
Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Support onboarding processes including preparing new hire materials and conducting orientations

Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, recognition programs, and training sessions

Assist with tracking intern and employee performance data and compiling HR metrics

Participate in policy reviews, audits, and compliance projects

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience -
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
