Responsibilities: General duties for future opportunity include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with management to develop recruitment strategies
Identify recruitment priorities and develop recruitment programs
Assist in developing and interpreting recruitment policies and procedures
Create and maintain metrics to monitor recruitment program effectiveness
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Plan and execute recruitment events, including career fairs, job fairs, and technical conferences
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Oversee the processing of interview reports from recruiters and hiring advisors
Guide interview techniques and assist in interview preparations
Make recommendations regarding hiring decisions to hiring officials
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel
Arrange interviews and travel for candidates as necessary
Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
Functions may be modified based on the designated office requirements Qualifications: Required: Must successfully obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree (An additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree)
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, specifically in a large US Federal Government Organization
Thorough knowledge of employment laws
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, hiring requirements, and employment processes
Proficiency in recruitment databases and tools
Excellent interviewing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Completion of recruitment training program within 60 days of employment Desired: Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of compensation systems and employee benefits
Strong understanding of organizational structure and hiring needs
Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives
Experience with specific interviewing techniques

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
