Our client, a global producer and distributor of consumer products, is seeking an
HR Generalist due to an internal promotion.
The
Role :
- Full time, permanent position
- 100% on site for six months for onboarding/training
- 2 days remote/3 days on site after
- Reports to the VP of HR
Responsibilities would include a variety of HR related projects including:
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Employee relations
- Policy creation/compliance
- Handbook updates
- Performance management
- Corporate benchmarking
The
ideal candidate :
- BS/BA
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist/Coordinator experience
- Working knowledge of:
- State/Federal employment law
- Recruiting/screening/assessing candidates in a number of disciplines
- HR administration/best practices
- MUST be an effective communicator and excellent team player
- Background in industrial, distribution, or retail working environments
Compensation :
- Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000
