JOB DESCRIPTION
Group/Operating Unit: Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms.

CAS is in need of someone to alleviate onboarding tasks and responsibilities for the CAS management team. This will include pre hiring communication, ordering welcome kits, start date introduction call and an onboarding call in week 1. This person will work closely with the CAS leadership team and CAS training and education teams to ensure a successful experience for every new hire.

Education Required: Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

Location: Open to Remote
Hours per week: Could flex between 20-40 depending on volume of new starts

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Designs, implements and executes human resources strategies for business unit and functional groups. Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues. Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management. Anticipates and plans for longterm human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
