Description
Recruitment: Lead final interviews, manage offer processes, and oversee a contract recruiter (10-15 open reqs; Acquire ATS)
Training: Develop and deliver internal trainings including manager development and performance management sessions
Employee Relations: Partner with the Director to manage ER issues, focusing on PIPs, terminations, coaching, and performance management
Recognition: Oversee employee awards and recognition committee
Projects: Collaborate on various HR initiatives; benefits experience a plus
Profile
Ideally 5+ years of HR experience (open to more or less if you bring strong executive presence)
Professional polish and presence to represent HR with leadership
Strong communication, adaptability, and sense of humor
Comfortable in a high-touch, manual environment (Excel, ADP, Workday)
