We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our successful and ever-growing HR team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience of dealing with Employee Relations, Absence Management and Recruitment. In addition, to having good organisational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, with the ability to cope under pressure. Must be CIPD qualified.

Some of the duties included in this role are:
Very heavy focus on end to end recruitment with least cost and most benefit to business
Assisting in Recruitment and Selection strategies
Involvement with disciplinary matters and investigations, including note taking
Writing letters
Conducting inductions, holding post induction meetings
Providing assistance and advice to management and staff regarding HR policies, procedures (including formal and Statutory)
Providing administrative support in the updating of HR policies and procedures
Researching better practices for use in HR
Researching and delivering relevant HR and Management training to Managers where needed
Building relationships with other departments
Ensure Company Ethos adhered to and promoted
Normal hours of work are Monday Friday on a rota basis 9 30 and 08 00
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
CIPD qualified
Experience in PeopleXD desirable
Good level of English
Excellent communication skills
29 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
Starting Salary: £35,000
