HR Generalist to join our team to support a variety of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on administering employee health benefits. The ideal candidate will bring a good understanding of HR practices, and will play a key role in ensuring employees receive timely, accurate, and supportive HR service.
Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position is between
90K to $110K annual salary, based on experience. This position is also eligible for the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities: - Administer and manage all employee health benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues with a high level of service and accuracy
- Coordinate annual open enrollment processes, including system setup, employee communication, and vendor collaboration
- Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and other applicable federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate benefits records in HRIS and prepare reports as needed
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits orientation and termination of coverage
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and timely processing
- Assist with general HR tasks such recruitment and hiring, employee record management, employee relations, leave of absences, and more
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications: - A minimum of four years of experience in benefit administration or HR Generalist roles with a strong focus on benefits
- Familiarity with benefit programs such as health insurance and leave management
- Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity) for employee and benefits enrollment
- Understanding of COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and other compliance requirements
- High level of integrity and the ability to keep information confidential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
